Product Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers:
- Structural issues with the piece
- Assembly failures
- Defects resulting from the manufacturing process
The warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by improper use
- Impacts or deformations
- Contact with chemical products
- Natural wear and tear from use
Warranty Process
If the customer believes their product has a manufacturing defect, they must:
- Contact María Pepita within 30 days of receipt
- Send photographs of the product
- Await the evaluation of the case
Depending on the situation, the brand may offer:
- Repair of the piece
- Product replacement
- Store credit
