At María Pepita, we are proud to bring the artisanal tradition of filigree from Chordeleg, Ecuador, to different parts of the world. Each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted by local artisans, so our shipping process considers both production time and international transit.
Preparation Time
Because our jewelry is completely handmade, some products may require production time before shipping.
Preparation times may vary depending on the type of piece:
- Small pieces (earrings, rings): approximately 3 to 5 business days
- More elaborate designs: 7 to 15 business days
- Special or custom pieces: the time will be communicated to the client
International Shipping
We ship to different countries through reliable courier services.
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping service, generally between 5 and 12 business days after dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor their package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and depend on:
- Destination country
- Package weight
- Selected shipping service
Taxes and Customs
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer according to the legislation of the destination country.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. María Pepita is not responsible for lost shipments due to errors in the address provided.
